DiscoveryPro was created for the sole purpose of providing private investigation and computer forensic examination and data recovery services in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metropolitan area.

These investigative services are designed to provide the legal industry access to investigators with the skills and qualifications they need to effectively investigate suspicious claims. As well as identify and preserve electronic evidence that may be present in computer related crimes in a computerized business environment.

General Investigations

An all encompassing investigation that a client may need in response to work-place violence, thefts within the work-place, work-place harassment or the investigation of any matter requiring specialized investigative techniques.

Workers Compensation

These services include interviewing witnesses and/or employers, as well as the claimant to verify and document the circumstances of the loss.
Photographs of the scene and any equipment involved in the loss can be obtained.

Surveillance

Surveillance for all aspects of claims and business investigations are conducted.
Moving surveillances are conducted using discreet special purpose surveillance vehicles.
The latest state of the art digital video equipment is used (Digital HD).
Concealable body worn equipment is used for surveillances within enclosed facilities such as; businesses, bars, restaurants, sporting arenas, or where video from exterior positions is not feasible.

Activities Check

A discreet background investigation conducted to verify the daily activities of an individual are consistent with the alleged of injury.
These investigations involve speaking with neighbors, area business sources, municipal sources, and any appropriate sources to verify the activity.
These investigations are designed to provide a picture of the individual's daily activities.

Death Investigations

A comprehensive background investigation to verify the information the policyholder provided to determine the existence of any material misrepresentations.
Areas of inquiry include but are not limited to a medical background investigation, employment background and salary verification, hobbies, driving records, court record checks, development of former residences, interview of neighbors and associates, and any other appropriate investigation.

Internal Investigations (undercover)

Insert undercover investigator inside workforce or facility who can work discreetly to ascertain information concerning problems in the work place to include fraud, theft, substance abuse or sales, supervisory problems, moral issues, safety & security, embezzlement, or general intelligence.

Witness Locates

Comprehensive background /or surveillance operation to locate witnesses avoiding service or reluctant to provide statements.

Recorded Statements / Witness Interviews

Detailed recorded statements from witnesses, the insured, or claimant are obtained to document their observations or recollections of an event.

Hospital Canvass

These investigations are useful to verify any emergency room, in-patient, or out-patient medical treatment history for a claimant.
Canvass of medical facilities located in the geographical area of the claimant's current address, and any prior addresses known or developed during the investigation, are conducted.

Vehicle Theft Investigations

Comprehensive special investigation of the circumstances of a vehicle theft.
Detailed interview of the vehicle owner, and any witnesses.
Canvass of the area where the vehicle was stolen from or recovered can be conducted to develop witnesses.
Comprehensive background investigation of the owner to include financial history.
Detailed examination and photographs of the vehicle are obtained (if recovered).

Alive & Well Checks

These investigations verify the dependency status of minor children to determine if they are in compliance with the settlement agreement.
The investigation can also be requested to verify whether a dependent or surviving spouse is complying with the settlement agreement or state law.
Verify a benefits recipient has not passed.

Divorce / Child Custody

Detailed investigation to document claims of infidelity.
Document instances of child abuse, or child safety by one or both custodial parents.

Covert / Overt Camera Installation and Monitoring

Install, configure and monitor covert (hidden) cameras to document activity within an employer’s place of business or homeowners property.
Use of concealed cameras in items such as; clocks, sprinkler heads, pencil sharpeners and other innocuous items that are not detectable by an untrained person.

Special Process Service

Serve Summons or Subpoena upon individuals or business.
Return and file delivery confirmation statement with local jurisdiction.
